Cross fit

  • Cross fit section spreads over 2500 sq. ft.
  • Weight lifting plates/ bumper plates/ rubber plates are provided.
  • Opt for a high intensity strength and conditioning workout with a squat and snatch programme.
  • Complete CrossFit equipment is laid out. Lifting is made more comfortable and safer with the Deadlift platform.
